Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar position
- 3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Experience with influencer marketing
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels, e-commerce channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- 3 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and e
- Familiarity with web design and basic skills in Wordpress.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor but preferably master in Marketing, Digital technologies, or business administration in or similar relevant field
Responsibilities
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy of Nazava including influencer marketing.
- Manage the direct to consumer sales strategy
- Manage and train the rest of the team of graphic designers, story teller, web designers.
- Recruit new team members and short term freelancers and consultants
- Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
- Manage and oversee the digital sales channels (e-commerce)
- Measure ROI and KPIs
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts
- Carry out activities for improving the quality of online content
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
- Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
